Returns & Exchanges

At GIK Acoustics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your acoustic treatment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return standard products within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that custom-made orders and specialized acoustic panels are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.

Return Process

  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within the 30-day trial period.

  Pack Your Items Securely

  Place the acoustic panels back into their original specialized packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Product Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items to the GIK Acoustics warehouse address specified in your RMA approval.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
